Want to fill gaps or dents in wood??  Here is a quick fix.

Mix one part baking soda to ten parts fine saw dust together.  Press mixture into gap or dent and level with flat edge.  Carefully apply Thin.  Quickly wipe excess CA with paper towel and sand to reduce the CA absorption into surrounding wood.  CA may become hot as the baking soda acts as an accelerator.   Repair can be finished with standard finishing products.

In some cases, especially with porous woods, you can lightly spray area with lacquer to avoid the CA from absorbing into surrounding areas creating a mark.

Practice a couple of times on a scrap piece of wood to find out what works best for you before you try it on "the real thing".
