V803 and V806 Vacuum Chuck Heads

A versatile chuck head that will seat flat, concave, and convex surfaces.

Double O ring seals provide the optimal vacuum seal.

Thread on by hand over standard spindle threads.

The body of the chuck is molded in glass filled nylon and the mounting adapter is aluminum.   The seals are glued into place with Stick Tac pressure sensitive adhesive.  If replacing the head seals are desired, use a pressure sensitive adhesive that will allow easy seal replacement.  The  inside seal ring accepts convex radius while the outside ring accepts concave radius.  Both will work with flat surfaces.  Place the No-Lock spindle washer over the spindle before hand tightening the vacuum head.
