V810 Vacuum Generators - Manufactured in the USA The V810 Vacuum Generator designed specifically for the woodworking industry, provides a vacuum source for your vacuum chucking systems. Requiring only an air compressor to achieve vacuum it becomes the heart of our Vacuum Holding System. It will develop up to 22+ in Hg vacuum using air from a standard 2 cfm at 55 to 65 psi capable compressor at sea level. The vacuum is generated by two unique high efficiency venturi elements. There are no moving parts. Mount closely to the working area with double sided tape, Velcro, or magnets to provide easy reach for control of vacuum. Two systems are available.
NOTE: The V802 Hold Fast Vacuum Adapter has a unique sealed bearing designed specifically for vacuum and works with the V810 system. The V810 provides a lower volume vacuum than large expensive vacuum pumps; because of this many other brands of vacuum adapters that leak excessively through their bearings may not work with the V810 system.
NOTE: It is essential that Clean, Oil Free compressed air is used to supply this system. The Vacuum generators inside the V810 are high precision devices and will clog if there is debris from air lines or if inline air oilers are used. Our included inline air filter will keep debris out and should be installed.
